WHAT'S YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt, in excellent condition suitable for resale and in its original packaging, for a replacement, exchange or refund of the same item. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for returns instructions. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
Postage/delivery charges are not refunded unless the goods are faulty. Please obtain a proof of postage, as DLJ cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of returns.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
We ship within 5 business days after an order has been placed. After the parcel has been shipped out please allow the following period until you get it.
3-4 BUSINESS DAYS (ITALY)
4-7 BUSINESS DAYS (EUROPE)
8-20 BUSINESS DAYS (REST OF THE WORLD)
I HAVE PRE-ORDERED AN ITEM BUT NOT RECEIVED IT YET. WHERE IS IT?
Pre-order mean you can buy now something that will be available in the future. Normally we ship out our pre-orders at least 2 months after the product has been announced.
We do pre-orders to let people secure an item that will sellout fast or for very limited edition products.
All pre-orders will not be refunded before shipping unless specific case-by-case scenarios. If this is the case please reach out to email@example.com for further details. Make sure to include your order number in the message.
CANCEL MY ORDER
Email firstname.lastname@example.org and please include your order number in the message to make it easier to find your order and help you in the fastest way possible.
You can cancel your order with us as long as your order has not left our warehouse.
If the order has been already shipped you won't be able to cancel the order. You can instead ask for a refund and resend the order back to us once you have received it.
